There was some information on Zillow and her website that was not accurate initially and we had to correct. While she usually responded to phone calls and e-mails relatively quickly, there were a few times we did not get a response to an e-mail. Note these were not the most important messages, so it was not a major issue. Overall, we were very satisfied and she did sell the house in the time frame we expected at a price that was reasonable.
